Choose from 3 tips based on your comfort:

2. Place the Device in Your Mouth
Make sure there’s a snug seal around the mouthpiece.
3. Inhale Through the Inhale Side
Take a deep breath in, the built-in spirometer will show your lung capacity (in milliliters).
4. Exhale Through the Other Side
Flip the device and breathe out through the exhale side to train both inhale and exhale strength.
5. Track Your Progress
Use the digital display to see how your lung strength improves over time.
